Reaction and precipitation + Filtration + Ultrafiltration

This process consists of high-efficiency mixer, reaction and precipitation tank, DA863 filtration technology and ultrafiltration device, characters of each process show as follow:

1. High-efficiency mixer has characters of less head loss, simple equipment, without civil structures, no external power equipment and good mixing effect within the design flow range.

2. DA863 filtration technology has characters of high filtration rate, high precision, low backwash water consumption, resistance against shock loading, the use of air-water backwash and surface-water sweep, good washing effect. Under same water quantity, it can effectively reduce the working area, save construction investment, and improve water quality;

3. Sedimentation tank

(1) Inclined-tube sedimentation tank: with the advantages of high precipitation efficiency, small cell body and small land occupation. The water turbidity is generally 500-0-1000 NTU, the handling ability of single tank should not be too large;

(2) Advection sedimentation tanks: with the advantages of lower cost, easier operation, simpler construction, stronger adaptability of the raw water turbidity, greater potential and more stable handling ability. The general water turbidity is less than 5000NTU, but the land occupation is larger.

4. Flocculating tank

(1) Grid flocculation tank: with the advantages of short flocculating time and good flocculating effect, suitable for the situation that the temperature of raw water is 4.0-34OC, the turbidity is 25-2500NTU, the handling ability of single tank is 10000 -2.5 million m3/d.

(2) Folding flocculation tank: with the advantages of short flocculating time and good flocculating effect, suitable for the waterworks of small water quantity changes, the handling ability of single tank is 10*value="104" tcsc="0" unitname="m3" w:st="on">104 m3/d, but its structure is more complex, the construction is inconvenient.

5. Ultrafiltration device
This product has many advantages listed below: large capacity of single product, high filtration precision, good water quality, small footprint, low cost investment, stable running flow and small pressure fluctuations. Besides, this product can achieve on-line backwash that can maximize filtering performance of the hollow fiber.
